Outdoor Arts Portugal is in the process of migrating to a new digital platform that is more up-to-date, functional, and appealing.

The transition process will commence on 16 November, following the closure of applications for the 2025 Creation Grant programme, and is expected to take approximately 5 to 10 days. During this period, we kindly request that no new profiles are created or existing data amended. Once the migration process begins (at 8:00 AM on 16 November), any new content or profiles will not be transferred to the new platform and will need to be re-entered by users.

At the end of the transition period, all ative profiles will receive a notification via the email address registered in the system. This notification will confirm the completion of the migration process and provide instructions for resetting access credentials through a secure system with email validation.
