Public space is, historically, a central link in social dynamics. The artistic intervention, in its various dimensions, represents a major factor in the social living, allowing to question or approach the citizen on different themes. Based on good practices, specificities and trends, the Outdoor Arts Portugal platform promotes a training module dedicated to new dramaturgy in artistic creation for the public space, based on the experience of Jordi Duran.

Jordi Duran Roldós has a degree in Catalan Philosophy (University of Girona) and Hispanic Philosophy (University of Girona), as well as a Masters in Inclusive Education (University of Lleida, University of Vic, Central University of Catalonia and University of the Balearic Islands). He also studied artistic direction and drama at the Instituto de Teatro de Barcelona [ESAD]. Since 2008, he has been artistically responsible for the Dimitri Yalta project. As a cultural manager, he was artistic director of FiraTàrrega [2011-2018] and co-director of the master's degree in artistic creation for the public space at the University of Lleida, in partnership with FiraTàrrega [2013-2017]. As a lecturer and researcher, he collaborated with the Master in Cultural Management at the International University of Catalonia [2010-2017]. He is currently a professor of the degree in Performing Arts at ERAM [University of Girona].
