The Outdoor Arts Portugal Showcase aims to promote and disseminate contemporary artistic production for public spaces in Portugal, enhancing opportunities for national and international circulation of works by creators with Portuguese nationality or residents in Portugal.

The 2024 edition of the showcase includes an in-person event, integrated into LEME, taking place from the 5th to the 8th of December 2024, in Ílhavo, for a mixed audience of professionals (national and international) and the general public. To this end, Outdoor Arts Portugal intends to select 3 artistic projects from emerging creators designed for public space and unconventional locations. Applications are due until June 23, 2024.

Additionally, the online edition (pitch session) takes place on November 19th. For this digital session, proposals with the greatest potential for international circulation will be selected, and may be considered works by creators with consolidated careers.

Showcase Outdoor Arts Portugal has the support of the Portuguese Republic - Culture, through the General Directorate of Arts, and 23 Milhas - Municipality of Ílhavo.
